Cool Cut (pictured)

Cool idea for your daily needs in histology. The electrical cooled object clamp on the Cool-Cut provides reproducible sectioning conditions by holding the paraffin block within an optimal temperature range. Even for lengthy sectioning conditions without the need to recool outside the clamp can be provided. The clamp temperature remains constantly approx. 20 K below ambient temperature. The Cool-Cut can be attached to all MICROM rotary microtomes and is available with cassette clamp or standard clamp.
