Microscope Slides

For routine microscopy applications, Menzel microscope slides are available with several edge finishes. Menzel’s single or twin frosted slides have consistent and porous surfaces making labelling effortless. The standard slide in this product line has a frosted area approximately 20 mm long. The incorporation of ground edges in Menzel microscope slides reduces the danger of cuts and infections to laboratory personnel. Menzel microscope slides are offered with either 90° or 45° ground edges. Yet another product line in the Menzel range of microscope slides are Menzel slides with bevelled edges. This product includes both a bevelled edge and clipped corners. Menzel’s four standard microscope slides provide a diverse range of utility. Each has its own special edge treatment.
