These four different blends of highly refined paraffin and polymers offer a choice of infiltration times and cutting characteristics to meet all your needs. All paraffins melt between 55°-57°C and are triple-filtered to 0.5 microns. Type 1 contains no polymer and offers rapid infiltration. It is used for infiltration only. Type 3 contains minimal polymer and offers fast infiltration. Type 6 has a higher polymer content than Type 3 and allows thinner sections. Type 9 has the highest polymer content avail-able and yields ultrathin sections. Packaged in convenient, easy to open and resealable 2-pound bags.
