By purchasing your MICROM Instruments you have entered into a relationship with us. Our goal is to make this relationship successful. MICROM offers four different service plans to meet the unique needs of your facility. They range from basic sevice to complete Signature Series coverage providing flexibility unmatched in the industry. Our advanced instrument tracking system, maintains a complete history of service activity and warranty status.
 

Signature Series Service

Signature Series Service
This comprehensive plan covers the cost of parts and travel. Labor is also included except if required during emergency hours. One annual preventative maintenance inspection is included. Select rental instrumentation will be provided at no charge, should the instrument need to be shipped to MICROM Central Service for repair. MICROM is responsible for rental instrument freight charges to and from the customer facility. Any shipping charges are covered, including any that might be required for preventative maintenance.
